Condition Reports (EICR)

An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a detailed inspection of your properties electrical installation. This is generally carried out to determine the overall condition of your properties electrical condition. Any issues with the electrical installation will be highlighted and recorded with a coding system. Any recommendations will be made depending on the severity of any issues that were highlighted.
