Condition Reports (EICR)

What is a condition report (EICR)?

An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a detailed inspection of your properties electrical installation. This is generally carried out to determine the overall condition of your properties electrical condition. Any issues with the electrical installation will be highlighted and recorded with a coding system C1, C2 and C3. Any recommendations will be made depending on the severity of any issues that were highlighted. They should be carried out every 5 years.
